​​Customer First Policy

At Lash n' Boots Beauty Bar, we prioritize your satisfaction above all else. We genuinely value your experience, and should you encounter any issues with your lashes or other services, we kindly ask that you contact us within three (3) days after your original appointment date. Clients are required to return for a fix appointment within five (5) days of the original appointment date. The duration of the fix appointment is limited to 30 minutes. We are committed to listening to your concerns and providing support, ensuring that your needs are addressed promptly. Please note that if your concern is not reported within the stipulated timeframes as stated above, you will be charged at the standard service rate. We greatly appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy, as it enables us to provide the best possible resolutions in a timely manner.

Cancelation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If that's the case, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. We appreciate your understanding that if we don't receive notice, we may have to charge a fee of 50% of the service cost. Similarly, for clients who do not show up without prior notification, the same fee will apply. For those with a history of cancellations or no-shows, payment in advance may be necessary. We truly value your patronage and hope to work together to make the best use of our talented Lash Technician’s time and ensure that everyone has the opportunity for their desired services. ​Running Late? Late Policy

​We understand that sometimes things can come up unexpectedly. If you find yourself running late, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to hold your appointment for up to 15 minutes. However, if you're unable to arrive within that timeframe, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate other scheduled clients. Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate your consideration!

​Payment Policy

​Please note that we don't accept cheques, but we happily welcome Debit, VISA, American Express, MasterCard, and of course, cash.

Not 18 yet? Minor Policy

If you are under 18, we need a parent or guardian to sign at check-in to keep things smooth and safe! If your parent or guardian can’t make it, no worries at all! Just shoot us an email at the location you’re visiting, and we’ll send you a Consent Form. You can fill it out at home and bring it with you when you come in. Thanks for your understanding! We look forward to seeing you!

Kiddo Policy

To prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients, technicians, and little ones, we kindly ask that children are not brought to the salon without a parent or guardian present. We completely understand that finding time for yourself as a busy mom can be challenging, and we genuinely want you to enjoy a peaceful and restorative self-care experience. However, we must convey that we may not be able to proceed with your appointment if children are with you. Our services require a high level of concentration and care, and we hope to create a serene environment where everyone can relax and feel at ease. Your understanding means so much to us.
